Living in Dallas, I asked for a quote on a XC90. Thomas Williams reached out immediately and provided all the specs as well as a detailed quote on my lease. There was hardly any negotiating, as I stated I was shopping multiple dealers. Now this does not mean I was a laydown and overpaid. Read the not trustable comment. These folks are very shady. I kept on asking what a XC-40 Electric would cost and kept getting the run around. As noted by the other review, they wanted a 10K dealer markup. This is legal, but they wasted my time by beating around the bush and not telling me until it was time for the deposit. Anyway, I called Volvo of Southwest Houston and did the deal over the phone in about 30 minutes. The car was sold to me an MSRP. Don't waste your time here!

I highly recommend Grubbs Volvo. I dealt with Darian Lambert who was a stand up guy and kept me in the loop throughout the whole process of buying a new Volvo from out of state. The entire sales team is very helpful including Simon Saba who provided me with additional pictures and information for the car while Darian was off that day. This is a dealership that I would highly recommend and would not hesitate buying if you are from a different state.
