Both my service advisor, and the other at the time I was there for my service were astute professionals, even while being verbally assaulted by unhappy customers with little to no understanding of the problems with their vehicles at that time. They kept their composure and professionally assisted the customers through the verbal assault. Absolutely outstanding. For my customer service, Mike is a very knowledgeable and friendly service advisor that gives you the straight answer even when it’s not popular or inexpensive. He is able to provide even the worst news in the best way.
