Fitzgerald Used Car Superstore

I went to Fitzgerald's Buckeystown pike service center to get an oil change and while there I was referred by the service agent to Mark Lawson. I was not in the market at the time but the service agent knew that I was interested so he took the time to refer me to someone who could answer my questions. Though I was not immediately in the market, Mark took the time to speak with me and we stayed in touch. I have since bought my very first car from Mark and he has been attentive to my needs as a customer. He made the buying experience very pleasant and easy. I will absolutely continue to do business with him and refer my friends and family to him.

I went in to purchase a van that I mistakenly thought was at the Frederick location but was really 2 hours away. They were nice enough just to bring it to the Frederick location just for me. I drove it home the next day but some lights came on and made me a bit weary of owning this particular van and my husband happened to notice a newer van that had a bit more features and we decided to see if we could bring back the new van and trade it for the honda my husband had found. I was really embarrassed and felt terrible for all the extra trouble but they were so very nice about it!! They hooked me up with an extended warranty AND the lifetime buyers protection program and I only needed a couple hundred more to pay. I am such a happy camper and so are my kids and husband! I've always loved coming here and will continue to do so still !

I went in with my family to buy a car and we experienced great service and purchased a great vehicle which we were able to drive home with only a few hours later. Mark is great to work with; he is friendly, thorough and fair. I highly recommend him and this Fitzgerald location!

Not being a big fan of Fitzgerald, my husband talked me into going to check out a truck he wanted. After meeting Mark Lawson and spending some time with him, I would definitely go back. It was the easiest experience. Mark was professional, friendly, attentive and knowledgeable. Thank you for helping us and make the process so much nicer than expected. Always a bit hesitant about buying a new vehicle, but Mark made the this experience quite easy and comfortable... Very cordial and felt as if he was a old friend.. Definitely would recommend, and will definitely be return customer when in the market... Thanks Mark!!

In 2005 I bought a used Toyota Avalon at Frederick Fitzmall. I drove it from 99,000 miles to current 256,000. It is still going strong, but my son needed a car because of problems with his car. So I gave it to him. I went back to Fitzmall..same location..and hoped I would find a friendly sales person who would take a personal interest in helping me find an affordable replacement. My problem is that I am tall, 6'4" and most of my height is in my legs. It is very difficult to find a comfortable car with the legroom I need. Also there are a lot of deer near where I live, so I did not want a new or expensive car...just a comfortable, reliable, affordable vehicle. Mark Lawson did the job. I took a few test drives with him in various cars so he could get to know what I need...then he went to work and found a car that meets my needs. It had just come in and was in the preparation stage...he kept me informed, and now I have another used Avalon that I plan to drive for many years to come!
