I live in western Howard county.
I live in western Howard county. Therefore, I could easily drive 13 minutes to the Jaguar dealership in Clarksville but I choose instead to drive the 50 minutes to Jaguar Hunt Valley. Why? Because everyone in the Service Department (Grant, Alex, Bill and Adrian) consistently treat me like I own the place . Can't ask nor expect anything better.

I found the service to be excellent. The service advisors have good people skills. My only issue is the length of time it takes to get in for an appointment for maintenance.

I paid $350 for an oil change. That’s way too much $$ and...
I paid $350 for an oil change. That’s way too much $$ and should be covered under my extended warranty but was not. Too bad, I will have future oil changes AND repairs done elsewhere
