From browsing to buying

I can't compare Motorcars with any other dealership in the area because there was no reason for me to go anywhere else! From the time I called and happened to get an answer from John McCumber until I drove off in the CR-V that met every item on my wish list, was a pleasure! John treated me like a friend not just a customer. He gave me far more than a car - he gave me friendship. He is going to break the old image of the slick car salesman we have all laughed about. He is the "real deal."

My New Car

Vernell was easy to work with and it was a relatively pain-free experience for some one who hates buying cars (especially the hangling). I will use her again for sure.

Great Service Dept. led us to choose Motorcars' Sales

We have used Motorcars' Honda service for at least six years, because they are close to home. They always take the car at its scheduled appointment time, and finish with it when they say they will. The quality of the work has been excellent, and I have always felt that the work they advised doing was indeed work that ought to be done (they don't add on "extras"). So, now it's time to buy a car, and of course, we went to Motorcars first. Shaul Janes has been helping us with the hunt. He's been very friendly and helpful, and has gone out of his way to give us access to vehicles that were stored off the main site. He has also been quite helpful with his suggestions and comments about various possible vehicle options for us. We have not made a decision yet, but when we're ready for the next step, we will definitely seek out Shaul's help, again.

Amazing ! Friendly! Pressure free experience !

Shaul Janes was the person helping us. He is such a nice guy! He is humurous , friendly,hospitable , he probably was the coolest car sales guy I have ever met! He worked extremely hard late into the night getting the deal done for my friend. He even got on the phone and dealt with the insurance people for my friend because she was stressed. Go to motorcars and ask for Shaul ! He is AWESOME!!! -Chad-A

John McCumber provided excellent service

We met with John in November of 2014, two weeks before the birth of our son, and continued to work with John until we financed our new 2015 CR-V at the end of February, 2015. John was attentive, kind, personable, and knowledgable. He gave us honest and fair advice, he was respectful of our time and worked within our parameters. He kept us informed about new inventory and inquired about the new addition to our family over the course of nearly four months. We chose Motorcars because of the location of the dealership initially and we knew we were going to finance a CRV because of Honda's reputation. John made our entire experience during a pretty hectic time in our lives, not only painless but pleasant. John is a real person, not your typical car salesman, and treated us like people, not just potential buyers. We are grateful and we love our new CR-V.

tire problem

Shaul Janes Made Car Buying a Good Experience

It was a pleasure to work with Shaul Janes and Minville Thompson when we came to Motorcars Honda to look at a used Civic. Shaul was affable and informative as we drove the vehicle, but in no way pushing us to a decision. In conversing with him we were especially impressed by his character and community involvement, which reflected well on the dealership as well as Shaul himself. Minville was straightforward and fair in working out a deal, and we left as happy owners of a new used Civic.

Robbie, Robbie!

I have kmown Robbie for years both personally and professionally. You cannot find a better person to help you buy a car. You will not be sold, but rather, he will guide you down the path to buy...with humor and fun! As long as Robbie sells cars, I will continue to always buy from him!

Happy Customer

I'm not usually one to bother with reviews, but after my experience with Mr. Baughman, I was motivated to do so. I'm sure I'm not telling you anything you don't know, but Mr. Baughman is a gem in a profession that has a less than stellar reputation. From attention to details, to vehicle knowledge, he was top notch. And what a gentleman. My wife was as impressed as I was. As long as I drive a Honda, I will buy them from Mr. Baughman and Motorcars.
