Repair service
The service writer was knowledgeable and very courteous. She kept me apprised of my status and did everything to ensure I was pleased with the service. I was also made aware of other items found during the multi point inspection at the end of my repair - there was absolutely no pressure to do those items.

Service and Sales visits
Service: Car was serviced and not returned clean. Most VW dealers clean cars in for service. The alert light saying that I have a bad tail light came back on the day the car was serviced. I just did not sense a thorough job. Sales: Very much a ?take it or leave it? attitude.
