GREAT PURCHASING EXPERIENCE

My experience at the dealership was phenomenal. The salesman who assisted me was Juan Orbe he was very professional and knowledgeable. I learned a lot from his expertise. Dealership is enadequate to repair my car

hello I have a 2017 jag f-pace that has been in the shop since 23 August 2022 waiting on a rework for a wiring problem. Today is 17 sept 2022 and I have not gotten back yet, what I don"t understand my car was taken back to the shop for the same problem, so it should have had priority because the problem was not fixed. I belive that it has taken to long, last time for my car

Worse Service Dept Ever!

Very Disappointed with the service I have received. I have been waiting for diagnostics for my car since May. Also took car in for service and new tires, after service my rear tire has a slow leak. I was informed that it was a cracked rim which was not cracked prior to service. Told it would $1000 to replace the rim. Contact online service to follow up and no reponse after 4 days.

Very Professional and Accommodating

Wonderful experience with Luis and Amita. They made the purchase process clean, streamline and efficient. The car sold its self bc we?d been looking for a while but these two absolutely made the process a pleasant experience.

Amazing Dealership Experience! Exceeded my expec!

I must say that I was very impressed with this dealership! I live in Atlanta and contacted this dealer about buying a car online. They were very friendly and amazingly accommodating. When I arrived, everything was ready for me and I was in and out under an hour. They were exceptionally friendly and helpful. I could not had a better experience!

Vehicle Purchase

Contacted dealer for purchase of a used vehicle. Salesperson that answered verified vehicle was still available and on the premises. Salesperson was Jonathan, he was very knowledgeable about the features and technology in the vehicle. Very friendly and low pressure buying experience. Overall very pleased with the purchasing process. When I went to pick up the car it was full of gas and had been vacuumed. The car was not as clean as I would have expected. The roof wasn?t washed, the interior was clean-ish. Surfaces still needed to be wiped down and the cup holders cleaned out. The exterior had not been detailed to the level I would have expected from a Jaguar dealer, but I was there to purchase a used vehicle. Based on my experience, I would absolutely recommend Jonathan and the folks at Columbia Jaguar.
