Difficult communication, confusing process, differing
Difficult communication, confusing process, differing info between app, website, and customer service. Had a hard time finding the answers to my questions and an even harder time talking to a real human. Carvana rescheduled the delivery of my vehicle twice. And upon delivery found additional exterior damages that wasn’t shown on the listing, and it only had a half tank of gas. I appreciate the ease of finding the exact vehicle I wanted without having to scour through my local dealer lots, but the issues stated above would make me debate if it was actually worth it.

Car came with a lot of undisclosed damage; yes warranty is covering it, but I am out my time and effort dealing with it. Should receive the vehicle in the same condition as the site photos . Also am told title will be delayed. I PAID CASH , send the title

Gave me a crap offer for my car that was in tip tip shape. 249 dollars to be exact. A buddy of mine has same car make, model and same year they offered him 10,000. My car had no issues, even had a hitch added and brand new tires no accidents or scratches.

When purchasing the vehicle we had no issues, that process was relatively simple. However, be prepared to reach out to Carvana because they do not reach out to you for updates. I waited almost a week after purchasing the vehicle, finally called and they began to work on the shipment. The main headache is the registration. I purchased the vehicle back in August, and my temporary tag’s expired today (11/25). I still don’t have permanent tags for my vehicle. I call weekly and they continue to say “I don’t see any issues.” Today I called and let them know my tags expire and they told me to go down to my local tax office and get a temporary tag extension. They literally acted like they didn’t care. I asked when I should expect to have my permanent tags and they said “you can get three extensions in your state, so we will cross that bridge when we get there.” Avoid this place. Use your local dealers, or someone you know you can trust and that has good customer service. This place doesn’t.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. They offered me $14k for my vehicle. I was told that the offer would not change as long at the mileage was within 1k of the reported number. My daughter drove the vehicle home from college (500 miles). Trying to be up front, I made the mistake of reporting the add'l 500 miles - my offer dropped over $4,000 !!!!! Liars and crooks - stay away!
