We purchased a pre owned Golf and were very pleased with our experience. Everyone we worked with was professional and helpful. Low pressure attitude and well versed in their product and customer focused. We purchased the least expensive vehicle on the lot and received the same attention as I would expect from a high dollar purchase. What most dealers forget is that the hardest car to sell is the first one. They built the groundwork for future purchases.

Bobby was my sales guy and he literally told me they have free car wash at their dealership and it is also listed on their website but I bought the car and it doesn’t say so! I am so disappointed In them

After making a verbal offer to the sales manager, obtaining his acceptance and completing the finance application, I was told that another person was in the dealership and was going through financing. Maybe you will have better luck if you are willing to spend hours at the dealership, but if you are an honest buyer trying to save yourself time by using internet sales, I would look for another dealership.
