More interested in selling car payments than cars.

More interested in selling car payments than cars. We stopped in to check out the numbers on a car. They bring out the little paper you can’t touch and test your quick math skills. Math wasn’t matching so we went home and secured financing, tried to call and get an otd total for the car and they questioned us about what our problem was for a second time. If you aren't willing to pay “pack the payment” they are unprofessional, rude and condescending. They seem to prioritize greasy tricks you know well over selling cars at their ADVERTISED prices. Can’t recommend less. Because of our experience with financing/managers, I wouldn’t even trust the service department. Try if you enjoy being swindled/disrespected or have no other options I guess, but they’re going to rip you off as much as the possibly can. Every cent.

My experience is the worse customer service I have ever

My experience is the worse customer service I have ever dealt with. Put my Jeep in the shop. I was lied to, misled, could not get anyone to call me back. I always had to call. Text were not responded to. Told my car was going to be done and nobody bothered to call me to pick it up. Called and told a sales lady that I was on my way to pickup my jeep because the service person said they closed at 5. That b took off. There was no one there place was closed and locked up. Left my car in the back with the windows down. Don’t bother with this dealership they do not care about their customers!!!!!!!

I brought my jeep in for an oil change, was told water

I brought my jeep in for an oil change, was told water pump and oil valve cover needed to be replaced. The manager, Waco, gave me and estimate and told me because of my troubles, he would do everything for half of the estimate. After dropping my jeep off, three days later, I get a call that it is done and the price was ridiculous. It was not half of the estimate, not even close. I had to speak with the service guy, Carter twice about it. Finally transferred to the manager, Waco, and he said there was nothing he could do about taxes. Still, not half off like I was promised. The day I went in to drop off, they were all very nice to get my business, lied to me about prices. The day I have to pick up and pay, they could care less, were rude and disrespectful. Do not go here, business and customer service are horrible!

I bought a brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee in

I bought a brand new 2024 Jeep Grand Cherokee in September 2024. I have already started having serious issues with it. (Safety issues while accelerating) The car brought up a misfire code. Not something a car with 7,000 miles should pull. Apparently the service department is very busy and backed up. (Red flag) The first time I brought it in I was told after 5 days of having it nothing was wrong with it. After picking it up less than 36 hours later the check engine light came on again and then car was struggling to accelerate. Once again it was very scary to drive anywhere in it. It is now 5 days later and I have no updates. At all. Trying to get a response is like extremely hard. Customer service is at a bare minimum and not helpful. No one seems to want to make this right on a brand new car that should have no problems at all right now.

Perfect.

Perfect. Work completed in an expeditious manner. Kept well informed. Jordan was superior of which goes without saying, then the assigned mechanic and their work product quality should be beyond reproach and exceeding my expectations. Thank you as always for looking after our Jeep and out family.
