Hyundai purchase experience

I was first attracted to Hyundai by the styling and pricing of the Genesis. My purchase and service experience was excellent. Everyone at Glassman was extremely attentive.

SANTA FE

Glassman sales person is good and efficient sales person I did not have good experience with the Financial manager pushing me to get the extra insurance for dents and small scratches

Hyundia Elantra

I had great service. It was fast and efficient. Dom Johnson was honest and he did a great job. I wasn't pressured to buy anything and he delivered exactly what he said he would. I do wish my car came with car mats though but it wasn't in the package. Besides that everything was great!

Promises broken, No integrity.

We have leased a total of 4 vehicles from this dealership in the past and didn't have issues, plus we love the service department. A few months ago I attempted to return my Kia and lease a Hyundai instead. My salesperson, Bill Marx, assured me numerous times that it wouldn't be a problem to leave the Kia at the Hyundai dealership and there would be no repercussions for doing so. He went so far as to say that if I received a fee from Kia, he would take care of it. In fact, Kia charged me a disposition fee and Bill disappeared. After at least 2 months of repeated attempts to get an answer from him and the fee from Kia going to a collection agency, he responded that there was nothing he could do. This is not how a business should run. Doing anything to seal the deal without any integrity is the very reason I will never go to this dealership again. I am unaware if the management condones such behavior, but they should be ashamed of the incredibly disingenuous and unscrupulous sales going on under their roof. Angrier than you know.

New Purchase

The staff was extremely helpful, friendly and made us feel comfortable. They gave us alot of information and did not make us feel rushed or pushed to buy anything we did not feel comfortable purchasing.

Excellent Service

I purchased a car from Glassman Hyundai and I was very pleased with my experience. My salesman greeted me immediately and he was very helpful, friendly, and professional. He was very knowledgeable about the car I was interested in. I would recommend Glassman to other people.

Ian was the best

When I got there I was kinda upset, because every dealership I went to the prices were ridiculous and the sales person was not friendly at all. They were rushing me and trying to talk me into something I didn't want.. and when I got to Ian he calmed me down not even knowing I was very upset.. thanks again Ian at glassman on Telegraph. .Best salesman ever he made me feel like we were family. He deserves a (Raise) big time
