Most of my experience was positive, especially with Omar. However, my experience with Tom was less than optimal. He seemed to have a problem remembering the terms that had been agreed to until I had left voicemail reminders. That took place a few days after I took possession of the Subaru. Then the financial agreement was followed up. I wasn’t a happy camper that I had to go to such lengths before a check was issued.

ETHAN WAS VERY POLITE AND KNOWLEDGEABLE. HE ESTABLISHED A RELAXED ENVIRONMENT; ANSWERED ALL MY QUESTIONS; AND WAS KNOWLEDGABLE ABOUT THE CAR SO I DIDN'T FEEL COAXED INTO ANYTHING. HE HAS ALSO SHOWED GOOD FOLLOW UP SKILLS AFTER I BOUGHT THE CAR.

I went to this location with intentions to just browse and maybe test drive this red 2024 Outlander I had my eyes on. I wasn't super confident in my approval odds as I had a recent bankruptcy. The first person to approach me was Brett S. He was the most kind, considerate and personable car salesman I have EVER MET (like no used car salesman stereotype here). He was friendly and engaging and cared more about me learning more about this vehicle I loved than selling it to me. He applied no pressure at all. To my surprise I was approved for the Outlander and got to drive home in the vehicle of my dreams. I call her "Ruby Red"!!! If you ever visit this location ASK FOR BRETT S.!!!!!

This was my first visit to the dealership for recall work. Corey is extremely knowledgeable and courteous. I really appreciate that he provided regular status with me have to contact him. He also shared future maintenance need options. I appreciate the attentive service provided.

I've never experienced a rude service person. They have good snacks & coffee in the lobby. The car wash after is always a plus.
