My experience turned into a nightmare.

My experience turned into a nightmare.I walked in wanting a Rave4 Toyata Hybrid. Was sold a gas didnt know until my husband looked under hood. was going to compensate mistake with a hybrid at the cost of $9,000. was not happy was there mistake. this was in Nov.End of Feb went back to speak with other above the others I spoke to. Talked to Chris and he was willing to sell me 2026 hybrid for about $10,000 more than what I paid. He did give a few things to cut the price down. My husband and I were not willing to pay for there mistake!!! My Salesman was Umar. I was very taken advantage of and no fair solution was gotten. He is the one who made the mistake. We own car repair facility as a matter of fact 5 shops and have been successful for 64 years. (in Ann Arbor) We work with the public all the time and what has happened at Toyota is no way to treat a customer by not resolving the issue and costing me more, alot more, because of Umar's mistake. He is said to be one of there top salesmen I guess I see why after he scammed me. This is a brief explanation of what transpired. I would not recommend this Dealership in Ann Arbor. Or Umar as he is not upfront to the customer.

I had a great experience yesterday with a somewhat complex repair. The mechanic figured everything out and Terrence explained everything well and really cared about doing an excellent job ! I was quite relieved and satisfied !
