My experience was phenomenal, I cannot say enough great things about it. Ruben was so easy to work with. He gave amazing customer service, explained everything thoroughly, and answered every question I had.

My husband and I had an excellent experience purchasing a car at Tom Sparks Auto in DeKalb, Illinois. The salesman, Dan Gayle, was professional and courteous about answering our questions about the new car we were interested in, as well as the car we were trading in. The F&I manager, Ruben Perez, was efficient and friendly and thoroughly explained each step of the state forms and tax requirements at the closing. We are very pleased with our new car and would definitely recommend dealing with the employees at Tom Sparks in DeKalb.

Started looking for a car with a 6 cylinder engine and a trailer hitch and one that was newer than what i was driving.
