My car was in for two recalls, brake replacement and detail. I was given a loaner car that was ordered when making appointment. My service representative, Justin, was a wonderful polite young man and extremely efficient. Justin kept me updated on everything while car was in shop. Also, the detail done on my car was just wonderful. When I picked up my car it looked brand new. Whoever did that job should be rewarded my car was in great need of cleaning. Well, the service is good but it's just the waiting time. My appointment was at 12:30 I got there at 12:25 and my Car was done at 3:20 almost 3 hours waiting I was so starving and exhausted.
