Just purchased my third BMW from Tulley and can’t recommend these guys enough. Mason, Seth, Nick and the entire team make this a painless car buying experience that’s more than worth my 2 hour drive from Maine.

I just leased my second car with Tulley. This time was even better than the first period. They worked with me while we negotiated the price. And because we did everything online ahead of time, I was literally at the dealership for less than two hours from start to finish. I was so happy to have Mason as my salesman, and glad to help him start out in his new career.

Unprofessional. Inconsiderate! Should not be in the lead role of management. I have no idea how to run a BDC team if I could give him zero stars I would.

Chris Cruz of Tulley BMW went above and beyond to help me find the perfect model I4. He was incredibly patient, stayed late to answer all my questions, and made sure the entire process was seamless and stress-free. I had a fantastic experience working with Chris and Seth Bridge (sales manager). They were professional, honest about pricing, and there were no last-minute surprises or hidden fees. It’s rare and refreshing to find such a straightforward car-buying process—I'll definitely be back to Tulley BMW for my next vehicle!". I highly recommend them if you're looking for a no-pressure buying experience!.

I just had the worst experience with Tulley Nashua. The sales manager conducted himself with a level of unprofessionalism that was shocking. I live in Boston, before making the trip from Boston to consider a $60,000 purchase, I wanted to know they could beat my Navy Fed rate. After saying I needed to be there they finally agreed to run my credit, which they said they would have to do be done twice, once thru them and then thru BMW. Which I agreed to. They ran my credit and agreed to a 6.29 rate, but when I asked had BMW also approved me, as they said they had to run it with BMW, he sent me a text saying he no longer wanted to do a deal. I conducted myself with class and professionalism through the back and forth. If the sales manager knew what he was doing he would have picked up the phone and spoken with me. Lost customer.. I’ll take my business to Herb Chambers you should do the same. Steer clear of Tulley. Situations like this, while seemingly minor, are very telling about the culture at Tulley. The sales manger could not address the concerns of a potential customer who is going to be making a large purchase without acting like a petulant child? I felt bad for the sales associate. The example he set to her in her young career was shocking. They should have never pulled my credit report if this was a potential outcome . I’ll be sure to share this negative experience at Tulley with all my colleagues And friends in Boston and the socials so they don’t have to have my experience. The sales manager conduct was totally unwarranted.
