Great service

Great service went there yesterday to purchase a car and they all worked very hard to but my husband and I in a car the process was long and I had three kids with me but at the end ever one was super excited for the car we got they I would recommend this place to any one. Awesome staff great people.

Visited this dealership to return a three-year old vehicle that I had leased using Chrysler Financial. It was the end of my lease, and the vehicle was being returned. Thomas Shin from the dealership provided me with every courtesy, even though my vehicle was not leased from them. He and dealership management went our of their way to accommodate me.

I would not recommend this place EVER!!!

This place gives you the run around, poor communication and the GM Nathan Arn is the worse!!

Worst Dealership I EVER worked with

Traded my wife's Buick Encore in for a 2016 Fiat 500X that she wanted and I already had loan approval from USAA and the deal was done on 5/2/16 and still trying to finish the deal due to the incompetence of the financial area of this dealership. Called my financial company (USAA) and found out they (USAA) has not received the payoff check from the Fiat Dealer here in Corpus Christi, TX. Also found out they tried to up the price buy 6% but thanks to USAA they would not allow it. As of today (5/24/16) I must call back USAA for they will call the dealer to fine out when they received their check for the vehicle plus when they sent pay off check to USAA for the Fiat manager had NO IDEA and was told to call back at 10am CT to talk to the financial advisor. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this dealer to ANYONE and I would REALLY double check if you fiance thu them. Plus on top of all the above my wife only received ONE SET of keys due to the fact the other set did not work but would get a new set in 7 days and this was on 5/2/16 then after 7 days the salesman who sold the car told my wife after stopping but it takes 7 WEEKS to get the key for it comes from GERMANY? Plus, FIRST TIME in my life of buying cars I never got a Sticker listing all the equipment etc. and the excuse was a potential buyer kept it? I just hope my wife gets better service on her car when needed then what we got buying it. For ALL my fellow service members be aware of this dealership for it not EVEN CLOSE to how they represent on TV Commercials..............

Awesome Service

Came into dealership just to look and left with a new car. Was told by other dealerships that nothing could be done and the Fiat store got it done. Love the car and the friendly service.
