I came down from Napa to get a Santa Fe.

I came down from Napa to get a Santa Fe. I have a Hyundai in Australia and love it. The dealers down under are all the same price and the experience is different than in the United States. I saw the price online printed the price and payment online and went down to Concord get the car since they had the model and color I wanted. Everything looked fine and they honored the price and when I got the bill from Hyundai finance they changed the price. They scammed me and now I have a $824 payment instead of the $620 payment they showed me. The sales manager Kumal is part of this scam but they are all in on this. They lure customers in with the website price then switch it when you are not looking. I have contacted my US lawyers and media outlets since I am back in OZ and don’t have time to deal with this illegal behavior.

Do not go here is you are Latino or Latina. Me and my spouse went there since she wanted a new Sonata and they said they can’t give us the price we saw online since we don’t have good credit. They said we do not qualify and gave us a rate of 8.99% APR and showed us a website with current bank rates. We have excellent credit and we had our anglo friend over to buy the same car and he has okay credit and no job. He got 1.99% APR through the car maker and a lower price for the car then came back to tell us. They also put a lot of pressure on him to buy the car. We went to Toyota and reporting this car dealer. Bad dealers and never we will never buy a Hyundai. They are not honest and will take your money.

put my truck for diagnostic testing:result :foundwasher

put my truck for diagnostic testing:result :foundwasher sprayer hose leaking due torodent damage; charging me over $500.00. Took to my old mechanic,'result;confirmed the washer nozzle sprayer hose is damaged. Found thehose was rubbing against the frame where the hose replacement.Replaced and rerouted the hose with a longer 2 feet in order to avoid the area of the frame it was rubbingag against. Bill was$116.94

These guys are scammers and my wife and I are filing

These guys are scammers and my wife and I are filing cases against them. We went to get my daughter a car and they showed us a price and then the paperwork we signed was more than the agreed price. They said it will be the price and payment when we put the down payment down. They lied and it was not the payment. We said we wanted our down payment back and they refused. Don’t trust them especially the guy who’s on something Richard doing the finance scams. Ashley is also part of the scam and don’t trust this person. Avoid this place and if you have to go there then record everything. If you get scammed then don’t tell me I didn’t warn you.

Terrible, aggressive, evasive sales manager.

Terrible, aggressive, evasive sales manager. We walked out feeling disrespected and that our time was wasted. I would not give them my business even if they offered me a great deal (he refused to provide me a quote for a monthly lease payment, so that didn’t even come close to happening. Avoid this place if you want a calm, no xx experience.

Today, March 15, 2024, I went to Future Hyundai to test

Today, March 15, 2024, I went to Future Hyundai to test drive a used 2023 Ionic 6 Limited. After introducing ourselves, the salesperson wasn't particularly helpful at answering our questions prior to the test drive. I had a specific set of features I wanted to test on my car, and I mentioned I wanted to go on the highway. He told me flatly "We don't go on the highway for test drives, local roads only." I was perplexed, since I've never been on a test drive with such rigid, arbitrary rules, but played along with his pre-planned route, giving my fiance a change to drive as well. When we arrived back at the dealership, I went back into the drivers seat and set out on my own driving path. When he realized I wasn't complying with his route, he LITERALLY YELLED AT ME, insisting that I go back to his route. My heart was pumping and my blood was boiling, but I calmly replied that it was my test drive, and I wanted to test the car my way. He even reached forward from the back seat into the cupholder to grab the key fob; I think he was trying to disable the car (obviously it doesn't work like that). He was scowling from the back seat until we arrived back at the dealership. Obviously, I didn't buy the car, nor would I ever visit this dealer again. I wish I could remember the sales person's name, but that information escapes me, and the "Meet the team" page on the website is lacking pictures of most sales reps. Otherwise, I would tell you to STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS GUY!

This place will treat you horribly.

This place will treat you horribly. They have a reputation for damaging cars during repair and not disclosing it, hoping you drive off the lot and can then blame it on you. New ownership is a joke and will not take any ownership for anything, they will tell you to kick rocks, which sucks because they used to be excellent and are riding on the coat tails of the owners that actually cared about service. We've been fighting with them for 5 years to credit us for a service that they made us pay for but should have been covered under our plan. They're now telling us "Well no one is here from 5 years ago". I've never been treated so disrespectfully, and they had the audacity to try to buy our car from us today over email. None of the people we talked to about this last year when they damaged our car and didn't tell us are here either. You read the right, they damaged our bumper while repairing our car and didn't tell us. When the shuttle driver picked me up during the repair process they told me they pick up people all the time for this issue. Don't give them your buisness, they won't care about you, and try to pull a fast one on you when they damage your car.

My spouse and I bought a new car from this dealership in 2018. When we purchased the car, we were also sold a 5 year maintenance plan that would cover all of the services for those 5 years from major routine service down to simple oil changes. The first time we went to get a service done they instead of using the service plan we had and were paying for, they charged us over $300. We confronted them and they said they would have finance correct it. Well it's over 5 years later and they still have not reimbursed us or provided any credit to correct the money they essentially stole from us. The service department is claiming that because the original people that worked there when it happen are no longer there, it's not their problem. Well my service records and record of my payment are with you, I don't expect the tech from 5 years ago to have that record, I expect the company and the people currently there to have it. Which they do because they literally gave us a receipt for it now in 2024. I have bank statements and even the Future Hyundai of Concord's electronic records to show they made us pay for a covered service out of pocket.
