Definitely the best car buying experience I’ve had. Came in expecting to look at a truck but, there was some miscommunication and the truck was not available. The guys here work double time to line up a deal that satisfied both parties. Yosan was my primary salesman and she went above and beyond to help and did everything she possibly could (including working through lunch).

Yesterday I had a minor incident with my wheel. I was freaked out. I contacted Barrett Proctor to see what to do. He guided me every step of the way. He then contacted Alex Morrison to check on a tire for me. I went in this morning and Alex greeted me. He is the best. He updated me on everything. I didn’t have to call him he called me. He don’t want me to sit that long waiting on my vehicle so he called uber for me. I have had many new vehicles and never had I been treated this nice. When I thanked Alex for helping me he said we are family and that’s what we do. He’s right they are family I will forever be a customer of Hendrick Buick. If anyone need a vehicle please contact Barrett Proctor he show you deals that other dealership’s won’t tell you. All that work to repair my vehicle cost me Zero. Keep up the good work.
