Hendrick Southpoint: I purchased a car on 05/25/2024.

Hendrick Southpoint: I purchased a car on 05/25/2024. I was told we could pick the car up on 05/28/2024. Here it is 06/17/2024 and we still do not have the car. Four trips to the dealership and too many phone calls to count, and still nothing. We are promised follow ups... never. They would not give us a loaner so they put us in one of their rentals through Hertz for 5 days. Hertz calls every day telling us the rental is overdue. We reach out to the dealership to let them know and are told they will take care of it. Hertz called today with the same thing. Hertz has sent three emails to Hendrick Southpoint to extend the rental and they say they have not gotten a response. Another trip to the dealership today, only to find out the car has an oil issue and is in Cary! Nobody updated us with this. I have talked with the salesman and the general manager and they have not been helpful. I feel I am being shooed away. I am now trying to reach the owner of this dealership. This car had just come in and had not yet been serviced. My issue is, why sale a car that is not ready or in condition to sale? This is so very frustrating. The first payment is due soon and we don't even have the car! This is also my second purchase from this dealership and my first experience was bad, but nothing like this. I do not recommend them at all.

First class customer service

This is my second time buying a car with Hendrick Chevy Southpoint. The first time was great, but two years later they outdid themselves! This buying experience was phenomenal. I even went back a week later and asked if I could give them a hug. For two years I?ve been receiving service at Hendrick, and they are always top notch. Service guy knew I wanted a Jeep and finally the perfect one was on the lot. It was meant to be. Everything fell perfectly into place and I now have one of my dream vehicles.
