Very efficient , professional process from beginning to end!

My husband and I came to the dealership intending to only do some browsing. Not long after arriving, we sat down with a salesperson who immediately began taking notes. He took the time to listen to what we knew we wanted in a vehicle and he asked the right questions to discover what else we wanted. Shortly after, he brought us a car to test drive which later became "The One". Every aspect of our visit was wonderful, from being greeted at the door to signing the final paperwork.

Overall great deal for the family. Terry was of great service. The buying process took a little longer than expected but overall everything went through as planned and it was a very great experience. I would most definitely recommend a friend/relative to get a vehicle from Tom Ahl. Thank you Tom, Terry, and the other financial people who helped us into this vehicle.. and also the advice! From first phone inquiry to making the deal Ted was very thorough and customer service oriented. Answer my questions not only by the question but going out and looking at what I was asking. Communication on a very busy day was impressive and as promised. I would buy again and refer anyone to buy from Ted at Ahls.
