Manager Daniel Gonzalez is unquestionably the most unethical manager I have ever encountered. I have bought a lot of cars in my life and never had such a shady play made. Had a mutually signed offer with the manager and they sold the car to someone else while I was sitting at salesman's desk. Complete waste of 2 hours. Very surprising from what should be a high end dealership. The salesman, Aaron, is a great guy and would be great to work with but unfortunately management puts a quick dollar ahead of honor. Aaron should be the one in management.

We always feel welcome at Jaguar West everytime we meet Luis even when he was not our point person in the past. Now that he's back to Service department taking care of us again, we are very happy. He's very friendly, courteous, and gives us timely update along the process. He is an excellent asset to the company! Additionally, I like that your restrooms are always very clean; your coffee and assorted snacks are good too!

Our sales person was amazing. I would buy a car from her again for sure. The dealership itself was not bad but it took forever. There is no reason a cash deal should have taken over 5 hours. We almost just left.
