Good Professional Salespeople

I recently purchased a Cadillac SRX from Jerry Seiner Cadillac. It was a very good experience. Elvin Davila was just great to work with. He was friendly and helpful but not pushy. He answered all our questions and was, at all times, a real gentleman. When it came time to close the deal Elvin brought Tim Partridge in to help. Tim was also very professional and helpful but but pushy or overly aggressive. Tim was obviously a very experienced sale man. Between the two they represented Jerry Seiner very well.

Kia Soul

I bought a Kia Soul from Christopher Kia on 2100 south in Salt Lake City and I loved my whole experience. I was not planning on buying a car that day until I ran into Zach Harrison, the salesman. He put me at ease right away and answered all of my questions and had so much patience. He really wanted to make sure that I was happy with my purchase and ended up driving to another dealership to get the color I wanted. The manager, Dustin and the finance person, Steve, were also very nice and helpful. I really feel like this Dealership took good care of me, and I loved to salesman. By the way, I love my Kia Soul!

Easy to buy a car--no pressure!!

I came into the dealership looking for a totally different used car and found the car of my dreams instead. The salesman, Lloyd McBride, was very knowledgeable and explained all the features of the car. I was so happy when I drove off the lot. Thanks Jerry Seiner and Lloyd.

Awesome Service

Jerry Seiner Chevrolet is a 5 star operation all the way! I was called by Kristina, the customer service liaison, to arrange for a new vehicle service check. Marg at the service desk immediately took care of me today. My new Silverado is in mint condition at 1600 miles and I couldn't be more satisfied. I am a repeat customer to Jerry Seiner for many reasons, but this encounter just adds to the spectacular nature of this dealership. I highly recommend this place for the whole experience, from the moment you decide to buy a new auto, to the time you pass 200,000 miles on your odometer. And thanks again to Becca for selling me this truck!

What a great experience!

I went through Jerry Seiner just recently to purchase my new car! When I went in I wasn't 100% sure on the exact model I wanted. I walked into the office area, I was then immediately welcomed to the store by Jason Rich he came right over to see if I needed help with anything. I told him my situation and he pulled up all the cars that were on my want list. We then went over them together discussing the pros and cons that were applicable to me. I really liked how he really seemed more interested about my needs, without steering me towards specific vehicles that he would benefit from. I have dealed with very pushy sales men in the past that weren't interested in my needs. I was a great breath of fresh air working with Jason! We looked at the different vehicles and when I made my choice we started the paper work. I am very apprehensive when it comes to paper work and getting a fair price. As we discussed the price Jason checked with his manager, I believe his name was Zach, about all the possible discounts that were available to me. The manager came over and talked with me for a few minutes. I felt that he really wanted to help me get he best price possible. After it was all said and done I was very satisfied with the price! I was even more satisfied with the superb customer service of everyone I cam in contact with!

Great Car Buying Experience

I cannot express enough how well Jason Rich took care of us. We knew the exact type of a vehicle we wanted. He was able to quickly find what we wanted, make it available for us to test drive. In addition, to finding the exact car we wanted down to the color, mileage, and features. Jason made the car buying experience so easy for us. We went in with our young kids, and were able to look everything over, sign all our paperwork, and we were able to get all our questions answered without hesitation. We will definitely be going back to Jerry Seiner for our next vehicle.

Like a day at the Spa :) (Really!!)

I cannot express how pleasant it was to buy a new car this past Saturday. My wife and I had been thinking of buying a new car for some time now, but had not told each other. Our primary vehicle would be 14 years old soon. The potential upkeep cost was becoming a massive black hole. I spent a restless Friday night thinking of the possible fixes to our problems. I nudged my wife at about 5:00 in the morning and pronounced our need for a new car. She gratefully agreed and rolled over and went back to sleep. We had a pleasant experience previously with Jerry Seiner purchasing our old vehicle. I have grown to have great trust with their integrity and overall service. I have always used them to service and care for my cars. They have an incredible service department, and I trust them to care for my car and its needs. I feel I have always been fairly treated and charged appropriately for the services provided. Saturday morning I called a sales manager that I have known for 20 years and let him know our need to purchase a car "today!He is not a relative. I would like to call him a friend, but had not seen him but only very briefly over the past 20 years. I am talking several minutes at best. Anyway, I explained our current situation and need. I told him our basic plan for car type and price. He gladly agreed to see us that day. Upon arriving at the dealership we were kindly greeted. My kind friend introduced my wife and me, along with my 4 year old daughter, to the sales staff that would guide our experience. They were very kind. They had a car ready to present which not only met but greatly exceeded our visions. The car was beautiful. They painlessly walked us through the purchasing process, explaining each step, meeting our goals for cost, and providing a wonderful lunch to boot. The paperwork was painless and very excellently managed. Nothing stressful occurred, no haggling, all went as expected and our expectation was not only met but well exceeded for the overall experience. My wife and I felt we had been treated like we were someone famous. It was like a day at the Spa. We had been treated like family and left knowing every hope and expectation had been met fully. We want to thank all those at Jerry Seiner who made this such an incredibly easy and stress free experience. They are like family to us and it would be very difficult for us to consider another dealer in the future. I am still in awe. Thank you and God bless.

lie after lie

This is what happened to me at Jerry Seiner Cadilac, I was working with a salesman on a 2008 ford edge about two weeks ago, we worked a deal but did not come to numbers that worked for me, I told them thanks for the time but no thanks, they called me yesterday and said they were willing to make a deal with me, we agreed on a price over the phone, I told them I was coming down to pick up the car, when I got there they said the car was $300 more than they told me on the phone and that the car was not all wheel drive, wow crazy so far, but it was the car we were looking for so i said ok because we had our hearts set on this car. so when we were doing the paper work they told that they had make another mistake and the was price $1800 more than they said on the phone.we were going to buy a big red bow because this was to be my Wife's Christmas present but the deal did not happen because they gave me one lie after the other, merry Christmas Jerry Seiner. thanks for breaking our hearts for Christmas
