Shopping and bought used 2011 Chevrolet Silverado

Before I bought my truck I asked to see the Car Fax. I was told several times by salesperson he would print it. He never did. I asked to have documentation that when i bought my truck i would have some type of protection if i had any trouble with my purchase within a few days. The main reason for this is the fact i couldn't go by the dealership in a day or two because i lived 139 miles away. This is a 2hr and 40 min drive. Never got it. I did get the word of my salesperson that i had his word any problem it would be taken care of. I not only called within a week and left a message and sent an e-mail. for my salesperson stating the right window would go down but not up. I told him the body molding on right door was missing. The left door had the molding. When i paid for my truck , the dealership was done with me and have not returned my e-mail or phone message. I did sign an as document but I expected something to be done for these problems. A phone call or e-mail could have been made to say "NO" telling me they weren't going to do anything. I bought a new window switch for 28$. I got an estimate for door molding . The estimate $468.66 . I have not had the molding replaced due to cost. If the dealership would have talked to me an offered to pay a portion of cost would have meant a lot to me. The fact is this : When I drove off of their lot, they were done with me.

Terrible

I have bought here a few times, had my gf buy here and sent others here and none of us will ever buy again. Dont believe the lies on the phone if any Ever calls you back but you can believe the sorry service and jacked up bills your going to get.

Pitiful Service

The last 2 times I have been in there to have my oil changed and check codes that are popping up, I have been told that I would have a loaner so I could make it to work. Well, both times, no loaner. It won't take long if you'd like to wait. 2 and a half hours for an oil change, tire rotation and to plug in to read codes. Then they said they couldnt do anything about the codes because at the time the lights were not on. Come back when they come on they said. And then this time they also decided that My BACK tires were out of alignment and I needed about $700 in maintenance done. No thank you..... If i need an alignment go ahead I said to save my tires but nothing else. They put cars ahead of mine and made me wait. I will never buy from this dealer again.

Terrible experience

I walked in with cash money to buy a car. Car was posted for 8500 on the website. Sales manager refused to negotiate below their posted price online. I walked in with 8100 dollars, I walked out with 8100 dollars. My business will not go to Ryan Chevrolet in the future.
