Great customer service and finance team

I was in quite a predicament and needed a car asap. My son's car broke down to the point of no return and his job requires him to drive. I had to give him my car and the next day my dad and I went car shopping. Nissan was our second stop and I was sold. My dad and I got to look around a little before Edward Ramirez came out to help. By then I already had an idea which cars I wanted to try. Again, the second car I tried I loved. We all went in and started the paperwork and everything went seamlessly. Edward was extremely patient and kind and answered all my questions.

Very happy with world car nissan

We already got 3 cars with world car Nissan in a 1 year period. Our salesman is very professional and very clear explaining the process. Thank you Jose Lara for be there for us.

Great Customer Service

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle. I went in looking at the 2014 Nissan Rogue, but ended up purchasing a 2015 Nissan Rogue. Upon entering the dealership my dad and I were welcomed and a sales person helped us immediately even though they were fairly busy. Our salesman, Jose, was very warm and welcoming. It was very easy to carry on a conversation with him and he was more like a friend than a salesman. After checking what cars were in stock he pulled around the vehicle that I was looking for and we took it for a ride. As we were driving he pointed out all of the features that the vehicle had to offer. Once we got back to the dealership we sat down and made a deal. The whole transaction ran smoothly and everyone at the dealership was nice and courteous. I would definitely return to buy another car from this dealership and I would recommend this dealership to family and friends. I am very happy with my purchase! I love my 2015 Nissan Rogue!! A big THANK YOU to Jose and all of the other friendly staff that we interacted with during our visit!

Great Buying Experience and and Awesome sales team

What a great buying experience my Wife and I had this past weekend with the Awesome Staff at World Car Nissan. My Wife and I appreciate Sabrina, our sales associate for her outstanding customer service , sells experience and patience she displayed to us this past weekend. We purchased two new vehicles from the showroom floor and Sabrina made buying both vehicles an easy process. Sabrina was not pushy at all. It was so easy to tell her what we were looking for and she delivered resulting in us driving off the car lot SATISFIED. Sabrina was just Awesome! In addition, thanks to the Awesome World Car Nissan Staff like Wayne, Nancy and all that was involved, this car buying experience will be the most MEMORABLE. I would like to thank the whole sales team for their professionalism : not only to us but what was displayed to other customers that we observed as well. Special thanks to Sabrina for ensuring great customer service at all times to my wife and I. I would and will recommend to anyone to make World Car Nissan exit 171, I-35N to be the place to purchase your next vehicle at and awesome price with excellent customer service. Great service

Luis Mendoza was a great sales person , it was my first time buying my new car and Luis was very patient about showing me the many options I had. Thanks to Luis I made a great choice to get my 2014 Nissan Sentra.

World Car Nissan

We want to say KUDOS TO every staff member that helped me buy my 2014 Vehicle n special thanks to salesperson Jorge Andalon who took the time n went out of his way to make us feel comfortable as we looked for the perfect car and waited for the approval. They all were very nice to us. They helped each other out when the other didn't kno without any hesitation. Now that's what u you call team work!! No doubt...... we will be going back to world car on I35 and Judson road when it's time for a change. Thank you World Car Nissan from Ofilia and Felicia.

Great staff making dreams come true

My husband and i had decided we deserved a car and went to a local dealership, unfortunately we did not find a vehicle that was within our budget or that we both liked. A friend of my husband mentioned to try in San Antonio which we did and this was the first place we choose, sure glad it was World Car Nissan\ Hyundai. As soon as we arrived the customer service was and still is excellent. Mr. Lara gave us so much information on all the questions that would pop in our head as well as pointers. The rest of the staff went above and beyond to make our purchase possible. To this day we receive courtesy calls from the representatives and always ask if there is anything they can do for us which i think is awesome.

Great buying experience and great service

The vehicle I have right now is the 4th purchase I've made with this dealership. My family and I appreciate Sabrina for her outstanding customer service skills and sells experience. Sabrina made buying this vehicle an easier process than ever seen or experienced before. All paper work were completed with accuracy, Sabrina maintain a professional contact to ensure the vehicle was working the way it should and that I was satisfied with it. The dealership has been making a lot of improvement; therefore, I hope they continue to hire more professionals like Sabrina to ensure great customer service at all times.

Great Experience

I was looking for a car for my daughter and was looking to purchase a pre-owned vehicle. Jose Lara who was my sales man let me test drive one that I had saw online but, also showed me other used options and explained the pricing/warranty information. He also informed me of the great deals the Nissan had going on so, we looked at new vehicles and test drove a 2014 Sentra. I fell in love with the car and we started the negotiation/financing process. It was one of the most easy and smooth process that I have done. Jose was a positive influence and it was like I had known him forever. I am thankful that I had him as a sales person and he just made it worth the purchase. My daughter was surprised because she had no idea that I was buying her a car she is in love with the car which makes me happy as a mother. Great experience/Great Sales man/Great dealership!!!!
