It was a long day but they took care of a problem I told them about when I took the car in for an appointment for something else. Katie Bizzell was very thoughtful and considerate. The car wash was a very nice touch. My car is running like it should.

Honda CRV and Honda Ridgeline

We bought 2 VEH's from Thelen with in a week, one used one new so I am not sure which one this review is for. However both purchases went well, smooth and quick.

Thelen Service CenterKatie

Katie set up my appointment and she was very friendly and helpful. Jeff did the work on my Mazda that consisted of replacing the back wiper, balancing and rotating the tires, took care of a recall on the vehicle, and an oil change. All service was done in a timely manner. Katie and Jeff were efficient and friendly and I was very satisfied with the work that was completed on my car.

Oil change

I love my CRV and my sales person is great everyone if friendly but, why can't the dealership have an express oil change area. I was there an hour

Jamie, we apologize for your extended wait. We do offer a quick lube service, which is on a first come, first served basis. We strive to get our guests in and out within 45 minutes, but during some peak times the wait can be a bit longer. Purchase of Pre-Owned Honda CR-V

I worked with salesman Gregg Katt and Finance Manager Cathy Brown. Gregg is very personable and a pleasure to work with. Gregg treated me with courtesy during the entire process. I completed my loan papers with Cathy who answered any questions I had and completely explained what I would be signing. I would recommend Gregg and Thelen Honda to anyone who is looking to purchase a new or used vehicle.
