I had a really positive experience.

I had a really positive experience. The staff at Ourisman were incredibly friendly and welcoming. From the moment I arrived, they made me feel comfortable and understood my needs. The service team was very attentive and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They clearly explained what was being done with my car and answered all my questions patiently.

I was really impressed with how smoothly the entire

I was really impressed with how smoothly the entire process went, from scheduling my appointment to picking up my car. The staff was attentive and kept me updated on the progress, which I really appreciated. The waiting area was clean and comfortable, which made the time pass quickly. Overall, I’m very happy with my experience and will definitely be returning for future service needs!

Great service!

I don't really tend to write reviews but in this case, I had to. I've been taking my Nissan Rogue to the Ourisman Nissan in Laurel for years and I always get great service there. As soon as you arrive, they get you quickly set up with a service rep. Then, they keep you constantly updated with texts to let you know what's going on the entire time. The waiting areas are clean but I've also never had to wait too long either. They get you in and out as soon as possible which is another reason why I prefer this location over any other that I've visited -- even the one I live 3 minutes from! I've also gotten to know the service manager Bob Paolucci during this time and I am happy to say, I appreciate his honesty about what my car truly needs. As a woman, this is so appreciated and valued! His kindness definitely extends along to everyone he works with. As long as I own a Nissan, this is the service dealership I will be taking it to!
