I came in for an 11:30 appointment for an oil change, I waited 2 and a half hours until my car was ready! I had to cancel a 1:30 Doctor appointment I scheduled over two months ago- it will now take me another two months to schedule another appointment!! I am extremely disappointed!!! I left a message with the Service Director- no call back as of yet!!!!!!

There was no "question" about what was happening. The price of 41,000 was based on me receiving a "certified" car. There was an "unfixable" recall, so the car could not be certified. I asked if it could be certified subject to that particular recall and was told it couldn't. I asked if the price could be adjusted and was told "it already was"- which means you folks knew you were selling me an uncertified car and went ahead and misrepresented it anyway. There was no confusion. You used a dishonest sales technique to get me to buy a car. I could have walked away, but this car was going to solve a few problems for me. I'm sure you all don't enjoy the "used car salesman" derogatory label- but in my last three purchases, tricks and lies have been used to get the dealer a bigger profit- so you all have earned that derogatory label according to my experience. There is no confusion.
