Buying a brand-new car is supposed to give you peace of mind-unfortunately, that wasn't my experience with this dealership. Shortly after driving the car off the lot, it began having engine issues, which is unacceptable for a vehicle that was sold as brand new. What made the situation worse was how it was handled. Instead of taking immediate responsibility or showing urgency, I felt like my concerns were minimized.

Stay far away from Steve Pion! I was quoted at an interest rate of 6.79%, but when calculating the actual payments, it turned out to be 11.2%. Numbers don't lie Steve. Additionally, he made several attempts to pressure me into putting down a deposit based on these inaccurate figures. It's just disappointing and dishonest, especially since I was genuinely prepared to purchase a car. If you visit this dealership, I would advise caution, especially when dealing with Steve Pion.
