All American @ Old Bridge Service Department
My service advisor (Tara) was great! She kept me informed (step by step) of my repairs being performed. She even went out of her work station to look for me when I was outside of building and in showroom. Also, her mechanic that worked on my truck was helpful in explaining the repairs to me. One more person I want to thank for making my experience great is Kimberly Meigh. She assured me that all my warranty paperwork was in order.

Great service and such a pleasant staff
I was there to replace a part that took a year to get because of it being back ordered. After it was installed my lights and a few other things still werent working right, the technician came out to my truck and continued to diagnose the problem and fixing it for me. He is an asset to your company to go out of the way,because they get paid by the job, to take the time to help me. Any problems and if anyone else I know needs something done I will recommend your dealership. The rest of the staff was so wonderful. Thanks for a great experience

Great facility and very professional staff
We have been dealing with Frank Pedi for the last couple of years. He is always a gentleman, and always pleasant to work with. He gives 110% of his time and attention We have leased at least four cars from him over the years, and purchased the 2012 Ford Mustang this last visit. We will be back next year when our Ford Fusion's lease is up. All staff are professional and extremely helpful. We also visited service and they also are professional and very attentive to your needs and requests
