Not Too Good to be True!

I found a vehicle on Cars.com at Burnsworth-Zollars for my wife on a Sunday evening late, and we thought it might be too good to be true. Last time I tried to shop for a used truck, it was. I filled out the email inquiry, and Mr. Gavin McGuire called me Monday morning. He said he indeed had the car, so I told him I'd talk to my wife and make arrangements for the 2 hour drive on Wednesday. We were still wondering if the car would actually be there as we drove. Upon arrival, we found the car waiting for us. Mr. McGuire was very helpful with our questions about hybrid vehicles as well as demonstrating it's features on our test drive. We were happy to buy that car that day from him. Their finance office was very helpful to find the best deal for a loan which, to my surprise, beat my pre-approved USAA rate. It was one of the most pleasant car buying experiences we've ever had.

non negotiable prices

Drove 3 hours to look at truck , made offer, would not lower price any, not even sales tax .....webpage reads "contact for best price".......they should inform you that the asking price is their best price. . Don't waste your time , because they sure will.

Best Chevy Service Team Around

I bought my 2011 Buick Regal from Gavin on the Ford side who was excellent, a few years ago. We decided to try their service dept being that we purchased the car from them. We have a dealership in our hometown, but we were pleasantly surprised with them. Our Chevy Silverado was purchased elsewhere, but we take all of our vehicles to them for service. We drive almost 45 minutes for the Chevy service team. Troy, is a great service manager that always does his best to get our needs taken care of in a timely and professional manner. We will not go anywhere else for service.

missed opp

my dealer attempt to trade for a Mustang I wanted and they didn't want to work with them less then 2 1/2 hours away, I spoke to one of the sales folks who said he didn't know who they talked to, but would have been willing but I already had a deal done by then

Piece of cake

I was not looking to buy a new car but Byron Hefty found a new black Malibu with unique rims he thought I would really enjoy. I was anxious about a new car as I thought my car payment would increase significantly but my car payment only increased by $30 a month as Byron promised. The buying process and paperwork was very easy and took maybe 30 minutes. He also assisted me in setting up my on star before leaving and how to set up my apple car play. I most definitely recommend Burnworth Zollars as they are very easy to work with and helpful in finding a vehicle that is unique to the buyer.

Very easy buying process.

I worked with Gavin, a salesman at this dealership. I informed him I lived in Virginia. So buying a vehicle over the phone 550 miles away could be risky. He totally did everything I asked as far as sending me numerous photos of the pre owned vehicles and gave me honest answers when I asked many questions about the vehicle. When I arrived at the dealership to pick up the truck it was exactly as he said. We did the paperwork and he had the truck washed again and filled it up with gas and I was in and out in 2 hours headed back to Virginia with a nice used truck! They had the best deals and great service. It was worth the drive! Thanks Gavin again!

Buyer beware

I purchased a car from them after seeing it on cars.com and several emails and phone calls with the sales staff. I was assured the car was a "no paint repair" car and with only 3000 miles it was "as new" When it arrived it was obvious it had been damaged and the rear quarter fixed and painted. I spoke to them and said under the circumstances I felt I should ship the car back and receive a refund. They said no, I was stuck with what I got. In addition to the body work it arrived with a dead battery that was so old it could not be charged and the AC controls had been broken off. The bottom line is they grossly misrepresented the car. Buyer beware when dealing with these guys. Go see it in person and be sure your happy with it because they do not accurately describe their cars or stand behind them.
