I found a car on cars.com. I called the dealership and talked to Gavin, the salesperson. I could not have asked for a person to be any more helpful and informative than he was. We spoke over the next several days while I was making up my mind. He answered every question and was very polite. After the purchase he handled all of the shipping details, got me the best price on shipping and followed up during the shipping and receiving of the vehicle. The transporter was helpful and followed all instructions and delivered my car in perfect condition. I was looking for a used car, came across a 2010 Ford Taurus at Burnsworth-Zollars online it was exactly what my wife and I were looking for, contacted the dealership, was in touch with Gavin McGuire via email. I had a unique situation. I purchased a new car (new to me) from Burnworth and had an accident the within a month that totaled that vehicle. I was so disappointed; I had waited years to get a new vehicle and had searched for this vehicle for a year. Mike Schultz was the best salesman I have ever dealt with and I had looked around when looking for my new car. I never felt pressured and he asked me what I was looking for and stuck within my budget the whole time. When I totaled the vehicle Mike went right back to work trying to find me something that would work for me and my new budget. I was able to negotiate a fair deal with no hassles or pressure.
