The entire experience was fantastic from working with Jeff Hill, my sales associate to Robbie the General Manager. Jeff was top notch, he went far beyond what was expected to get me what I was looking for in my perfect truck! I am very grateful for his hard work. I love my new F150 Tremor! I dropped off my truck and the service guy that received

I dropped off my truck and the service guy that received my truck asked me what time I needed my truck back. I replied I need it back by 3pm today. He said that would not be a problem it would be ready. I was in the area around 2:45 so I decided to stop in to see if my truck was ready because I haven't received a call yet. Spoke with a different service guy and informed me thst they had not even started on my truck. So needless to say I was unable to get my truck and had to wait until the next morning to pickup my truck.

Check in was very fast even though I was around the 10th

Check in was very fast even though I was around the 10th car in line waiting for the center to open, they had my information being a previous customer so it was passing on the problem, hand over the keys, and out the door.
