F-150 2014 excellent and easy experience!
This was the easiest purchase- they got me a very low price and better vehicle then I came in to buy for the same price!! I could not have been happier and mrs Tonja and Mr Selvester are a winning team!! Also the financial guy gives real numbers and none of that fake inflated mess- he cares about your actual payment. I was so happy my parents bought an SUV. Awesome company!

Exceptional Sales Experience
This dealership was extremely polite in the handling of my recent vehicle. They were able to work with me via text, email and phone because of the distance between my home and their location. We were able to work everything out over the phone and once I got there, they had the vehicle detailed and ready to leave the dealership. They handled all the paperwork and I was on my way back home within 45 minutes

Worst ever dealershio and customer service
I negotiated to buy a car for about a week with this dealership. I secured financing and drove 225 miles (well over five hours and forty five minutes in Memorial weekend traffic) from Myrtle Beach SC to Vidalia GA with a cashiers check. The car in question had been on the lot for sale for about five weeks and I texted the sales person two hours out from the dealership to let them know my ETA. Upon arriving at the dealership the car I was coming into buy suddenly and apparently came back from a test drive but the sales person told me that they didn't think the person was going to buy it, if that's the case I said " could you go and get the keys"....I must have asked this three times but twice the sales person returned without the keys and the last time they disappeared inside and never came back out.....just left me standing on the forecourt with my daughter after a very long drive. We just got back in the car and left. Two hours into the drive home and a good 70 miles heading north on I-95 Sandy (the person I had been dealing with since I called about the car) texted me and said "sorry about that but if you want I can find you the exact same car" I texted back that I wouldn't buy a car from them if they slashed 50% off the price. Absolutely the customer service experience ever STAY WELL CLEAR OF THIS DEALERSHIP.

Recall Issues
We received a recall on our 2014 Ford Explorer. My wife called them and set up an appointment to get it fixed and have our oil changed. One week later we took it to Vidalia Ford to get the recall fixed. They had it for 4 hours. They called us to come pick it up said it was ready. Well the recall work was not done they are now saying the part is on back order. Seems to me you would of known that when we set the appointment up or could of told us when we dropped the vehicle off. The main reason it was there was to fix the recall .

We were very impressed with the friendliness and professionalism of the sales team. We explained that we needed time to make a decision, and the team respected that. We liked the lack of pressure. We also liked the rebates and the fact that Vidalia Ford shopped around for the best possible finance

Vidalia Ford is Awesome!
I have currently purchased three vehicles from Vidalia Ford Lincoln. My latest vehicle is a 2015 Ford F-150. Everyone there is always so nice to me as well as so willing to always help me throughout the entire purchase. I also bring my vehicle there to get it serviced as well. The entire service department is great and always get me in and out very quickly. I will continue to purchase all of my vehicles at Vidalia Ford Lincoln and would recommend this dealership to everyone!

I bought my Mustang convertible at Threlkeld Motors. I...
I bought my Mustang convertible at Threlkeld Motors. I took it to them for service and for several small problems, nothing serious, but things I wanted to have checked before my warranty expired, and also for my scheduled service. They had my car for 3 weeks. They did give me a loaner. When I went to pick my car up, they had not fixed everything I asked them to fix. This car is a piece of crap and they know it. On several different occasions over the past 2 years I have tried to trade it in on a new car. The sales people won't even call me back. This is a dealer my family has dealt with for 20 years. I will never return to Threlkeld and never recommend that anyone deal with them.
