Excellent service!
Excellent service! Got me in fast and finished very quickly. I was without my car for very little time! The customer service is phenomenal. Everyone I came in contact with was very polite. My only complaint is that I didn’t actually buy my car from them. Next time though — I won’t forget!!!

Mason Rose was incredible.
Mason Rose was incredible. His knowledge of the trucks I was looking at and patience he had with my many questions was very refreshing. No hard sell from this guy. He set an even, easy tone to the transaction. Ask for him by name. I know I will the next time I buy a car.

Oliver needs some sales training.
Oliver needs some sales training. I had him send photos and decided to give them their asking price. We made a plan on Saturday to meet halfway on Tuesday. I took off work and arranged someone to drive me. On Tuesday morning I was told he couldn’t make it happen and we would have to do it another time. Later that afternoon his sale manager called(after I left a message since Oliver had the day off) and we made a plan that he would split a $600 one way plane ticket with me and I would fly up the next morning. I wired the full price of car to the dealership $45k, because they would not accept a cashiers check from out of state. Once I arrived at the dealership I went to test drive the car and noticed it had 1000 more miles than the sales contract and that it didn’t have floor mats(that where in a picture I was sent) I asked where they were Oliver told me “if they are not in it then it doesn’t have any” I then asked what can we do about that he told me “I was sh@t out of luck” I told him that would not work for me and the car must have floor mats to match the 2024 Lincoln with, now, 7100 miles. I was told that I had already received a $300 discount and they would not give the the mats but would sell me some for $200. I sad I wanted mats but they had to provide them. NO. NO. NO! So I then told this rude salesman that he could send my wire back. After 45mins of waiting to hear when they could send the wire. He told me they would “just give the mats” I told him that I didn’t want to do business with him and was renting a car and leaving. Stay away from this salesman. He has no customer service skills and is just rude. Lincoln is better than take.
