It was a very relaxed and non stressful experience working with genesis of conshohocken we had a very nice and very thorough sales lady. I would highly recommend her,Alexus Hill ,I would highly recommend asking for her if you’re looking for a new genesis vehicle. I know I will be purchasing more vehicles here in the future

After having a need to purchase a new car and deciding on a Genesis GV80 prestige we had visited other Genesis dealerships and communicated via the phone in an attempt to purchase a certified preowned vehicle. Although service was granted elsewhere the atmosphere once entering the Conshohocken dealership was different. We could feel a sense of acceptance, a huge desire to ensure the experience was pleasant and rewarding. Alexus answered all questions, took her time and made us feel that no one else was taking her attention. There was no hard sale and after determining that we wanted the car she, Noah and the female finance manager whose name fails me went above and beyond to ensure that our choice went home with us that day. We cannot say enough just how much the atmosphere was so welcoming. We would choose to do business there again. Because of our residential location it may not be feasible to visit this dealership regularly but only because of the location would we utilize another Genesis dealership. We highly recommend Alexus to anyone who may be in the process of searching for a car, any car as she can take you to any of the Conicelli dealerships on the strip. You will not be disappointed. You will leave very impressed. You will feel important and not dismissed. My husband says make sure you have the coffee:)

My husband and I visited many dealerships but because of Leo's customer service and attentiveness, we choose Genesis of Conshohocken as out final choice. It is more than a 2 hours drive for us, but it was worth it.
