These people are running a scam and the public should know about it. They change the paperwork after a verbal agreement with the salesman to add "undercarriage coating" for $1,900. Never mentioned it once. This, along with many other very slick moves makes this dealership one to AVOID.

On Feb.
On Feb. 26, 2024 I spoke to Zacari of the BDC inquiring about an preowned 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL and was told the vehicle was a nice vehicle and was in stock. The next morning, I called and again spoke to Zacari about the Sonata, I informed him I was coming to view the vehicle, and he told me it would be ready when I got to the dealership. On my way to the dealership, I received a call from Colin, I told him I was coming to the dealership to view the Hyundai Sonata, and he told me when I get to the dealership to ask for him. The dealership is a half hour (40mile) drive from my home. Upon my arrival I went into the dealership and asked for Colin, he approached me, introduced himself, and we went over to his desk. He asked me again what vehicle I was interested in, I again told him it was the 2021 Hyundai Sonata SEL that was on the dealers site. He pulled it up on his screen and asked if that was the one, I said "yes". He then said let me go and bring it around for a test drive. Approximately 5 minutes later, he came back informing me that the vehicle had been sent to auction, due to all the scratches/dents on the vehicle. I told him the photos online showed no scratches/dents and that there was nothing in the description about any scratched/dents. He then tried to get me to view another vehicle with 10,000+ miles more. I said no and walked out of the dealership. On the morning of the 28th I received an call from someone that claimed they were the manager and asked me about my extremely short visit to the dealership. I told him how things went and he said he would look into it and get back to me. As of the writing of this review I've heard nothing from him. I did tell him, the whole situation in my opinion was a "bait and switch" routine. I could have saved gas, mileage if one of the two (Zacari, or Colin informed me prior to my arrival that the vehicle had been sent off to auction).

Yes, you definitely let me down. The vehicle that was supposedly "sent to auction" is still listed on your site. What steps are you planning on taking to regain my trust and business?
As suspected NOTHING but lip service. They have not reached out to me to "regain my trust and business". The vehicle in question is STILL listed on their as well as other sites. I received an email alert that the price of this vehicle ( THAT I WAS TOLD WAS SENT OFF TO AUCTION) has been reduced. In my opinion this dealership will again use the "bait and switch" routine on an unsuspecting buyer. Great way to "regain my trust and business". STAY AWAY!!

Sitting in the Dealership now, amazed that the dealership doesn’t want to follow its own contract as I try to buy out my Genesis lease. The dealer wants to add $899 to purchase out my lease where the contract specifically says no additional dealer fee at the lease end. Wasted an hour or better arguing with the Manager, Bobby Z, until he finally agreed that I was correct. Leaving me with a bad taste

All I heard from them are lies.
All I heard from them are lies. Promised to save a car in transit for me took mu license insurance and cc to hold. Never charged card but kept telling me it was mine and don’t worry. Next thing I was told someone else took the car. Lies,lies,lies. Would not purchase from them.

Did our homework on multiple makes, models, and...
Did our homework on multiple makes, models, and dealerships and eventually landed on the Genesis GV70 because (1) the fully-loaded Prestige package is a great price compared to similar size and features from Mercedes, BMW, or Acura, and (2) it was in stock (given the 2021 shortages on chips). Went in and met sales person Tony Wilson, a great, hard working, enthusiastic soul with good character. Highly recommend Tony and the Napleton West Palm Beach dealership. The separate service team is also proactive to make sure they schedule time to go over all the massive amount of tech built into the Prestige package. Thanks all. Enjoying the new ride tremendously.

Today I purchased a beautiful new Genesis GV80 from Napleton's Genesis of West Palm Beach. Chris Lawson (Sales Manager), found me the exact GV80 I wanted, and patiently and kindly negotiated a great deal. Chris’s commitment to customer service was extraordinary and all my various needs/requests were met by Chris and the wonderful Team at Napleton's. Chris went the extra mile (even on his day off) to ensure I was 100% comfortable and had everything I needed to leave happy before I drove away. I would highly recommend buying a car from Chris. Leo Hanuka (Director of Finance) is a top-notch finance person. Smart, diligent, hard working, understanding, and very fair. He made the financing/signing portion of the day a true pleasure, and I felt fortunate to work with him. I am new to Florida and Leo also told me everything I needed to know about registration, title, licensing, which was very helpful. He even told me about an amazing place to get lunch nearby! Troy helped me out today too, by patiently taking me on a very lengthy test- drive. He answered all my questions and was extremely knowledgeable and passionate about Genesis, automobiles and the industry at large. Troy really wanted to make sure that I was able to test out all the features. I truly felt like I was able to take my time during the test-drive and get comfortable in preparation for purchase. This was a truly great car buying experience and the GV80 is amazing. I am a very happy customer and will be for years to come.
