Almost fell in the parking lot due to its poor condition.
Almost fell in the parking lot due to its poor condition. Soffit on the exterior at entrance in disrepair. They called the next day to say they were able to get the payments to the point we asked for. We went back. Payment looked good on their worksheet. Got to financing and it was not close to what they said. Issue with being told we could use a credit card for down payment. Vehicle was not washed well and debris in truck bed. Got home and one key fob did not work. Called salesman and asked if he gave us a wrong one. Was told no, it's probably the battery and to come by Monday to have service change the battery. I put new battery in fob, no change. Monday I started calling at 7 AM. Phone would disconnect me. Website says 7 AM. Online chat told me 7AM. After 8 AM I called the sales number and got a real person. They transferred me to service. I explained the issue and was told to come in at 2:30. I said for a new vehicle that was late in the day and was almost not acceptable. Service advisor said how about Tuesday and I explained that was even later than 2:30. Service advisor hung up on me. I called back and asked for service manager. Manager told me they open at 7 to answer phones. Manager told me he would order new fob so when I came in, it would be there if that was the issue. Went in at 8 two days later, they dont have a waiting area. They dont explain anything. I had to ask. They sent me to the show room to wait. An hour later my vehicle was ready. Manager said the salesman gave me the wrong key.

I will say that the Hutchinson branch is 1000 times
I will say that the Hutchinson branch is 1000 times better than the liars and thieves that are or were employed at the Newton branch. Seems they found the problem and it was a simple issue. Little long in getting the parts but I dont blame the dealer. Hopefully the work will stand.
