My purchase could't have been any easier! Robert B and Sue both made it a very pleasant experience. I would highly recommend a purchase from Robert! Very low pressure yet there when you need him. I absolutely love my new SRX! Thank you for making such an easy and extremely quick process!! Hands down the best Cadillac dealer in Tampa Bay!!

great car dealership experience

My fiancee and I just bought 2 vehicles at Dimmit Cadillac. Our experience there was wonderful. We actually enjoyed our time there. Mark and Eric are terrific and helped us out in the most professional and courteous way. They made buying a car and getting a great deal a smooth and painless process. Dimmit Cadillac does a superb job in all aspects as we have bought from them in the past. Everyone there is amazing. Thank you!

5 star service

The initial experience was outstanding: Fillipo Mirabile, and Kevin Stella found the car we wanted within hours of our request. Filipo kept us in the loop even after hours and during his family time - his level of service was beyond our expectations. Kevin was able to pin point our exact requirements and helped us to get the deal we wanted. The only negative experience was at the financing stage of the deal. We witnessed the frustration of a senior business manager Hollie Christmas; she was unable to address certain limitations with us upfront which caused surprises on our side. I understand making a sale is the ultimate goal for the whole team, but my advice as a paying customer is to: figure out the details first and then communicate it with your customer to avoid surprises. Keep it professional! When a customer is told: ?it is really late let?s get this over with?, that puts the customer in a place that wants to leave the dealership and never come back! We all learn from our mistakes but some of our mistakes in management positions might cost the business owners their reputation which I am sure they worked hard to get it! Thanks to Eric Fleming, our final meet up at the dealership was easy and smooth, which made us almost forget the tough part of financing stage. Great team and great deals! I would recommend Dimmit to my friends and colleagues but I am going to warn them about toughing up at the financing stage and asking for Eric?s assistance.

5 Star Service

It has been my best car buying experience ever dealing with Taryn Elliott and the Dimmitt Automotive Group. I usually dread stepping foot on a car dealership because of the often experienced high pressure sales environment; however, the professional and fun interaction with Taryn made car shopping an opportunity to find the car that matched what I was looking for in a car without the pressure to buy. Taryn took the time to explain many of the features in the car that I would have otherwise been left on my own to discover and learn to use. Moreover, Taryn and the Dimmitt team have demonstrated that they intend to see that my customer satisfaction continues even after I have driven my new car from their dealership. I highly recommend.

My new Range Rover Evoque

I had the absolute pleasure of working with Taryn Elliot when purchasing my 2013 Range Rover Evoque. Taryn was knowledgeable about the vehicle and it's features. She was fun, upbeat and understanding during the whole process. There was no pressure to purchase my new vehicle. During delivery of my vehicle, she had gone above and beyond to make sure features were preset to my specifications, that showed me she really listened to what I wanted. She took the time to learn more about me and my habits to make this the perfect vehicle for me, I am truly impressed! I would recommend her time and time again for anyone looking to purchase a new car! Her professionalism and positive attitude made her the very best salesperson I have ever worked with, which is a feat because I've bought a lot of cars! Thank you so much!

Excelent with one exception

All services were exceptional except for the financing. I have a very high credit rating and I asked what the monthly payments would be. The salesman came back with a range of 479 to 499. I assumed with my credit rating of 790 I would be about 482 per month. When I went in to finalize the deal I was told the monthly rate would be 491. Surprises like this do not enhance the purchase process especially when I was coming in for what I thought was zero percent financing but then found out that was only on selected models. You would be much better served to get the actual monthly charge prior to going into the finance person and eliminate any surprises. If I was told up front that the charge would be 491 I still would have bought the car but my experience would have been better and I would have thought that the dealership was honest and factual.

A very good experience with a first class dealer

We had an excellent experience with our sales person [Jared Hibbs] and would most certainly deal with the firm again. There was no pressure and the management was very supportive throughout the process. We were very pleased with our trade in and are enjoying our car, Highly recommended

Dimmit Cadillac buying experience

I could not have asked for a better experience during the process of leasing my SRX. Andreas Bousdoukos was a very knowledgeable and respectful salesman who made my wife and I feel very comfortable with our purchase. I can say with certainty that Dimmit Cadillac's service has been better than any of the other dealerships that I have had dealings with and because of this I am now a customer for life.

great service

I would like to say that as a customer of Dimmitt Cadillac it always amazes me to see the phenomenal service provided by Bill Keegan, John McCurdy, and Livia Patton. They are the most courteous, respectful, and professional service people I have ever had the pleasure of doing business with. They are thorough in every aspect of the service they provide and I would recommend them to any and all of my friends and family. These three individuals are simply the best!
