Found a truck online at the dealership that we really
Found a truck online at the dealership that we really wanted. Called in advance to ensure there were no major issues before driving 4 1/2 hours to pick it up. Were told that it was good to go. Upon arriving the truck had no heat and air would only come out of the dash vents, no defrost, no footwell. I diagnosed the problem and called a service shop for an estimate of what it would take to fix, $1500. Dealership would only lower the price of the vehicle by $500 from the original asking price, which tells me they already new about the problem and were just hoping no one would bother to try the heat/defrost out on a hot day. I would recommend shopping elsewhere.
