Rey was very helpful and polite.

Rey was very helpful and polite. We were looking at a Mazda CX30. The sales manager gave us the price and we said that it was a bit high for us. He then said that there prices are set. He was very condescending and rude. He left and he didn’t care. Business must be good for them. I will tell everyone not to do business in this dealership.

*Note: I gave these guys a 2 star rating because a lot of people won't look at the 1-star ratings, and I want people to see this. If I could, I would give them a negative rating. I bought a Volkswagen Atlas in 2019. One of the main reasons I bought this car was because it had a 6 year/72k warranty. I just took the car in for a standard service. I asked them to look at a couple of things I assumed would be easy warranty items. Both of the vanity lights above the front seat visors were falling out of their mounting holes. And both of the trim pieces on the middle row seat release mechanisms were broken, in exactly the same place. I figured this would be a simple warranty fix. But when I went to pick up the car, I was informed that they would not be fixing either of these issues under the warranty, even though the car was not anywhere near the 6-year point or the 72k mileage limit. What??? Seriously??? I guess the "bumper-to-bumper warranty" is not an accurate description. When I got home, I started looking around to see how much the parts would cost. The parts for the trim pieces cost a whopping $2.43 each. Seriously? And this is from a Volkswagen authorized parts store! They are denying this warranty claim, when it costs less than $5 total for parts? My next thought- maybe it requires a ton of maintenance time to complete the repair. But no, I went out and popped the trim piece off in about 6.9 seconds. So, to review: Volkswagen of Boise is denying a warranty claim for 2 trim pieces that cost less than $5 and takes less than 2 minutes total to replace. They are also denying a warranty claim to fix both front visor vanity lights that are falling out of their trim mount holes, which would also take about 5 minutes to fix. And all of this is covered under the "bumper-to-bumper" warranty they scream about. I'm sure glad I didn't have a major engine problem to deal with under this fantastic warranty. Verdict? I would stay as far away from these guys as you can. DO NOT BUY A VOLKSWAGEN from Boise Volkswagen, and don't get your Volkswagen serviced there.

I bought my Jetta without even stepping foot in the dealership. That being said, everything was straight forward and there wasn't any haggling. I made an offer and they accepted. My offer was only based on lowest advertised price I saw. Everything else went smooth. I didn't want any add ons and they didn't push them. I would use them again.
