Bommarito Cadillac Service

Service writers are very friendly and I have no issue with them. Made appointment on line and was told when I showed up that 'we are running two days behind'. Dropped the car off at 11:00am on Thursday and got my first call at 5:00pm on Friday. Was told it may be the transmission and would have to check with Easy Care to see if it was covered. Called me back on Monday to say they now think the problem may be the differential and are changing fluid. I was able to pick up on Monday afternoon. Now I need to drive for 3 weeks to see if the vibration (the reason I brought it in) has been eliminated. If not I need to bring it in again.

Bommarito Cadillac #1

Doesn't everyone wonder if they are going to get a good deal when walking into a dealership? I can tell you from experience that Bommarito Cadillac gave us the best deal and treatment. From walking into their showroom all the way till the end of handing us the keys. The whole crew that handled our deal was phenomenal. Thanks again from the Scott's. We love our Cadillac!

Dealers will find EXACTLY what you are looking for

Joe Mudd, our salesman at Bommarito Cadillac St. Peters knew exactly what features I wanted on my new car and he found exactly that for me. I didn't settle for anything less. He had numbers ran when I got there which made the whole process effortless. The previous Cadillac I bought from Joe (and traded in for the new one), Joe found for me in another state and had it shipped in, within 24 hours! The service department is fabulous and I'm always offered a loaner car if I need one.

AMAZING SERVICE FROM BOMMARITO!

From Dennis McGrath, Keith, Kip, your loan officer, it was a great experience. I was treated professionally, courteously and quickly. All of the team, including thee receptionist was wonderful. I was given a great deal, and appreciate all of the attention I was given. Just because I was a woman, I didn't feel that I was treated any differently than a man would have been. This was a great experience, and I will do all of my buying of cars from Bommarito in the future. John Bommarito should be proud of the team of professionals that he put together. Another thing that I liked is the fact that most of his employees have been with him for many years. That's a sign of a happy family!

Very clean facility with excellent personnel

The buying process was great. I couldn't get 5 stars to work it was applicable as I bought my car here almost a year ago. The personnel are all wonderful. I am not satisfied with the issues I have been having with my car.

GO PURCHASE A CADILLAC!

I just purchased my second Cadillac and Bommarito Cadillac just ensured that I will purchase a third one from them when the time comes! My salesperson, Keith Howell, was knowledgeable and helpful with the entire process and made it very simple and easy. I encourage anyone who is shopping for a Cadillac to visit Bommarito to be taken care of! I promise that you will not be disappointed.

Great Buying Expierence

Best car buying experience I have ever had. No pressure to buy, add extended warranty etc. From sales to financing, overall best experience you could ask for! No hidden fees or overpriced cars for you to argue over pricing, they tell you the bottom line price they can give you from the beginning.

Service

Individuals taking the appointments need to be better trained on what service is need on vehicles under warranty. When vehicle is brought in the whole process starts over on why are you here today? Schedule service should show up when on appointment and vehicles coming in should already have service tickets an paper work ready to go.

Very friendly and the service department is top notch. Best service department I have ever dealt with. If you are looking to buy a new or used car check them out they are fabulous

Service was great.

They fixed a problem I have had with my car, all year. I had a leak in one of my tires and it was always trying to go flat.
