I had a very good experience overall. The salesman I worked with was Michael. He found a used truck that fit my criteria. No one at the dealer was pushy and they worked with me on the price a little. Very satisfied.

They took me at the time of my appointment, the waiting

They took me at the time of my appointment, the waiting room was pleasant, my service person came and got me when car was ready and walked me to my car, very pleasant

I had one of the most fantastic car- buying experiences

I had one of the most fantastic car- buying experiences at West Herr !!!! All because of my salesman Ray, his sales team and management. The environment was so fun and relax!! They worked hard every step of the way and took the time to listen to me with my wants & needs. They definitely tried their hardest to get me in a vehicle for the price point. I could afford but also having everything I needed and wanted. They even picked out my vehicle, before I even looked at any. I love it so much! I never would have thought I would have a red vehicle, but I do and Love it!! We really did have a blast going there, I did not feel like I was just another sale there. I felt like we were all friends. But also having professionalism, patience, and knowledge of the vehicle(s). I am just so happy with my purchase especially with having a stress-free process.  Thank you so much ! Kudos to Ray and the team!! I'll be back and I'll be sure to spread the word!! They work with many different dealerships, to help with your car buying experience! So not just Chevys !!!

From start to finish, my experience at West Herr Chevrolet was outstanding. Everyone I interacted with was friendly, professional, and focused on respecting my time. Steven in particular went above and beyond. He took my list of demands ? from ordering a custom-built 2026 Chevy Blazer EV SS, to staying within the EV tax credit window, to timing delivery so I wouldn?t have to make payments earlier than planned ? and made it all happen seamlessly. He knew I had a preapproval and still beat it with class, while getting me every discount possible. He was available around the clock, patient with my endless questions, and genuinely dedicated to making the process stress-free. The entire team worked together like a well-oiled machine. Carlos stepped in to share his personal EV experience, which helped me weigh the pros and cons as a military member who won?t be in Syracuse forever. Ethan closed things out by walking me through the EV basics in plain English, making sure I left confident and informed. And Dan, the financing manager, impressed me with his honesty ? he explained the pros and cons clearly, without pushing extras I didn?t need, so I could make an informed decision. Compared to previous Chevy purchases at other dealerships, this was night and day. Everything was fast, transparent, and done with genuine care. They even followed up the next week to check in. The synergy, professionalism, and humanity they showed made me feel like more than just a customer. I?ll be back in the future, and I?d recommend West Herr Chevrolet ? and especially Steve and his team ? to anyone looking for a Chevy. They set the standard for how a dealership should treat people.

I just want to say working with Mike Dupree was amazing.

I just want to say working with Mike Dupree was amazing. He made my visit so pleasant. He did everything above and beyond to make me end up leasing a new vehicle with not a bit of struggle. He has the best personality as a salesman. Not pushy at all. He worked with the Gm there to help me stay within my budget for a new car. The finance manager was extremely nice too! He introduced himself and worked with me on certain coverages. Finally Allison the customer care manager that wrapped up the paperwork was 💯 amazing. She’s pleasant and has a great personality. She even helped me download the my Chevy app on my phone and made sure I was knowledgeable of how it worked before left. Allison came out to the car and explained a lot about the features of my new equinox. She made sure my Bluetooth was hooked up and I was familiar with the touchscreen. Awesome job Allison! Outstanding service from Mike Dupree and Allison. Finally just want to mention Laura who’s fairly new. So pleasant and I want to wish her the best at her new job!!! Took 2 days for oil change , dropp off night before so it

Took 2 days for oil change , dropp off night before so it would be done early my ride dropped me off though it was done still had to wait 2 more hour I ask when it will be done ( mine you a oil change ) they ask who I was
