Another Awesome Exprience !

Once again Zach Glutz provided exceptional service. Zach assured all of my questions and concerns were addressed. He even called me prior to his departure for vacation to make sure I had no concerns. He called me again upon his returned, talk about customer service. I love the personal touch! This is my second vehicle purchase from Mercedes Benz of Cincinnati. The entire staff is to be commended for always providing superior quality service. I love my new 2015 GLA 250.

Great Service

From start to finish. Extremely professional and helpful. They're sell there for us ! He cool not ask for a better sales person. Not over the top. Just right information we needed to make a decision.

2nd time around.

From Service to buying a car, I cannot say enough about the people at Mercedes of Cincinnati. Bob Horn has taken care of all our service needs for many years. Jordan Moore is one of the best salesmen I have ever dealt with, very professional, he is someone you can trust. very quick to respond and take action when needed. Jennifer Jurgen told us she would find us a car and she of course did.. Only place to shop if you want great service...

Car buying experience

Zach Glutz and Robert Wilson are great to work with. Dana Hackney leads a top drawer team. I wouldn't look anywhere else for a new Mercedes Benz vehicle.

They Made It Easy!

I live in Columbus but decided on to buy at Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati. From the moment I called and spoke with Jim Rutter, it was a great experience. I am a Realtor, so I appreciate exceptional and professional customer service and that is just what I received!! I actually purchased the Mercedes that I had previously leased for two years....they made it easy!

Traveled the distance for excellent service!

Excellent service and attention to detail from a well versed team including Chris Walker. We traveled over 100 miles to find the perfect car for our needs upon earning a Mercedes car bonus through my employer. Chris also spent quality time with us upon completion of the transaction to ensure we felt comfortable driving our new ML350 off the lot. Very excited to continue the relationship with Mercedes-Benz of Cincinnati and Chris!

Early Friday morning buy

Jim Rutter sales guy was fantastic. He was honest, polite and answered all of my questions. The only negative was the management. Jack Hoffman barely ackmloedged me and the sales manager spent most of his time pacing in front of the glass office. They sent me a generic email about my experience and I suggested that they should at least meet the customers who bought a car. Jack went on to say that he is too busy managing a sales staff of 12 but at 10a on Friday morning I was the only one in the dealership. no reply from the management??????

Consumer response

I appreciate the response and commitment to improve. That's all I wanted in the first place. Let me clarify and say that Robert Wilson sent me an email to which I responded but he did not even meet me during my sales transaction. He spent all of his time pacing in front of his office and socializing with the staff. Jack Hoffman was rude and abrupt. I hold these individuals responsible for the the culture of customer arrive in the dealership since they are in the position of leadership and should lead by example. The best response would be to hear directly from one of them rather than hiding behind the anonymity of their sales staff or this anonymous response. If Mercedes is truly committed to providing a superior customer experience I would expect a phone call from either one, preferably the general manager, stating the same thing contained in this response. Don't you get it at this very basic level to commit to service recovery???????!!!!!!

....and that would seal it it for me so that I would be happy to edit my review. Without that, I am left to conclude that the sales management is either out of touch or do not care with what happens on the floor. Fantastic Experience - Quick and Easy

I stopped by the dealership on my way home from my office to see what inventory they currently had. It just so happened that they had the perfect CLS550 with the exact options I would have wanted and the perfect color combination. Chris Walker met me on the lot very quickly and let me take the vehicle out for a spin. We kept in touch over the next 2 days via email. We even negotiated the price and terms via email. Chris was very helpful with initiating the credit application and explaining the rate and terms that they could offer. The deal was negotiated quickly over the phone and via email. I already knew what to expect before heading back to the dealership to pick up my new car. When I got there, the car was already being detailed and the paperwork was ready to go. All-in-all, it took about 30 minutes to sign and drive off the lot. Chris was also very helpful with some follow up accessories that I decided to purchase even though it probably wasn't his department.
