The service department is wonderful.

The service department is wonderful. My advisor Chace is just fantastic. He keeps me updated and checks in after service to make sure my car is running fine. It is a good feeling knowing you and your car are in good hands. Highly recommend

bad customer service experience during my first service

bad customer service experience during my first service at audi westwood... checked in on time. it took 2 hours for an oil change that was scheduled in advance with no updates while i waited inside. other customers seemed unhappy as well.

I just had a great experience with Audi Westwood.

I just had a great experience with Audi Westwood. I went in looking for a Q3 but unfortunately the car was not available. The folks at Audi Westwood felt horrible - it was not their mistake. They then went far above and beyond expectations in finding me a car that would work. They did two things. First, they offered me far more for my trade than any other dealership. Second, they took the time to show me three comparable vehicles, at one point after hours(!), and then provided me with a deep discount. All to make up for the fact that the first car was not available. I ended up with a fully loaded used 2023 A4 Prestige at thousands less than new, and with a 6-year CPO warranty. I couldn't be happier. Ruzhena and Patrick get my highest recommendation. I strongly recommend Audi Westwood. .

FRAUD ALERT - This dealer can not be trusted.

FRAUD ALERT - This dealer can not be trusted. I took delivery of my new RSQ8 after waiting for a year. They played games when doing the paperwork. I called Ed Stockel - General manager to inform him of the unethical and deceptive business practices. He told me that he had an obligation to make as much money for his company and also went on to say he sleeps like a baby at night. My next call is to BBB & attorney general. I plan to call Audi of North America to tell them about my experience. Buyer beware!

Perhaps we should have a conversation, I have not spoken with you before. I am familiar with who you are and am thankful for your business, I am not entertained by your friend who expected me to sell your trade to him, and because I disagreed with him he threatened reprisals such as this social media attack. I don’t do business that way and the figures were the same as what was agreed to when the order was placed. If you would like to discuss this please reach out.
