Do not buy a car here. Or before you do try calling the service department and see how long you have to wait. If they say they will call you back don’t believe you will need to call again. They also always try to upsell. When we brought our car in for its first oil change they said it needed an alignment! We had bought the car from this dealership, preowned certified with 10k miles on it. Next time they suggested a new battery which it did not need. Buyer beware!

My awesome dad passed and left me the ?
My awesome dad passed and left me the ?Black Beauty?a E350 4Matic. I remember my dad worked with a gentleman named Terrell not sure of his title. I wanted to bring the car in to get checked out and found Terrell is absolutely awesome and I found I just didn?t get lucky everyone that I met like Mariela was on my side and so helpful. Black Beauty had an old recall issue that records show my dad was told about but ignored but Terrell made sure I took care of this safety issue on Mercedes dime. Not sure what Mercedes is putting in there water but it sure makes for great and concerned associates. Thank you thank you i?m back driving my Black Beauty like it?s a cloud.

Worst service I ever received from facility.
Worst service I ever received from facility. My significant other and myself purchased 3 cars from dealer. I just spent 6,000 fixing my car and couldn?t get a loaner car for two days to go to work and make money. I fixed my car because I was planning on buying another Mercedes for my Mom at the beginning of next year but I might have to look at another Mercedes dealer

I brought my 2024 GLC 300 in for a safety recall service. Matt Santiago the service advisor was pleasant and efficient. He said it would take 1.5 hours and it was completed right on time. Also, my salesman Rob Cappeletti stop by to see how I liked the car and if I needed anything. The new facility is very impressive.
