My service appointment was excellent.

My service appointment was excellent. Emily handled my issues and clearly communicated what was needed for my vehicle. The part was not in stock so she booked me an appointment for next week with a loaner car. Well done!!

Poor communication, lost my key to my car, when asked

Poor communication, lost my key to my car, when asked about status of vehicle- messages rarely returned (if at all), stated they would drop my new key off in mailbox (did not happen). They did replace my key.

Actual mechanical work on the car is satisfactory,

Actual mechanical work on the car is satisfactory, however the customer service follow up was almost nonexistent. My car was there for 3 day and I had to call to find out any info/updates on my car. The service dept did not once first reach out to me to give me any updates.
