Just needed a battery 147.00, stuck in 98% heat!!!

I can?t believe I was so happy, until battery went dead!! I was stuck for almost 2hrs. Battery was leaking corrosive stuff all over!! It was a nasty mess!! Battery was 3 years old!!! You couldn?t replace 147.00!!! I have never seen a battery that ugly!!!!!!!?

Service

Took my car in for an oil change and tire rotation without an appointment the process was quick and easy. I was in and out of there so quickly for not having an appointment. Although appointments are recommended they did everything as quick as possible for me.

Suburban Ford Romeo

Had my first oil change etc on my 2023 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD. The service desk person was courteous, helpful and explained everything to me.

Great Service and Great People

Chris is a very personable and professional service advisor. He and the other service advisors never fail to take great care of me and my vehicle. I?ve never been disappointed with any of the staff at Romeo Ford.

Nice people but not efficient

Everyone we dealt with was very nice, but there were unnecessary delays in the buying process. We had ordered a new car. When it came in we set up a time to look it over. When we got to the dealer at the time of the appointment the car was not on site, causing a 45-minute delay before we could start the examination of the car and the actual buying process. The sales team forgot to have us meet the finance person. Therefore we did not learn of the zero interest rate option, which caused an unnecessary trip to the bank. When we went the next day to pick up the car at the time of the appointment, we had to wait about a half hour. We like the car. Previous good experiences with the purchase and service of our previous vehicle from this dealer caused us to return to this dealer when we wanted to buy a new car.

Felt like Family

I had the pleasure of dealing with Suburban Ford for my new vehicle. From the beginning Antonio, Alfonso and, Giuseppe made me feel like absolute family. They worked on getting me the exact F150 I was looking for with everything I wanted on it. Upon arrival I was greeted by all three of them. They all checked on me multiple times as i was waiting to make sure i was comfortable. I signed some paperwork with Auday who was very thorough, and we actually talked about sneakers for a while. Upon getting the new vehicle Alek (tech guy) made absolutely sure I knew about all the new tech in the vehicle. Meeting Auday and Alek for the first time was a great experience. I feel like the dealership experience is ruined for me because I was treated so well lol. This dealership treats their customers like family and there?s no way around it. I would absolutely go out of my way to work with them again. Antonio, Alfonso, Giuseppe, Alek and, Auday! They are all-stars and deserve a raise!!

Service Department

This was my first time working with Basil and it was a pleasure. He kept me informed of my repair status multiple times and was always available to field my questions. Lily was very friendly and was able to assist me while Basil was finishing up with another client. I look forward to working with Basil again in the future.
