My name is Sandra Holmes and I called on the phone and talk to JJ Xavier . So I told him I would come on a Thursday but I came on a Wednesday to surprise him. He made it so smooth for me . When I ask for a Pacific vehicle. He told me he had it. When I was 10 mins away the mgr called me and I told her please don’t tell JJ I was 20 mins away. JJ is a very special person and I believe in him. He has a beautiful soul. He try very hard to get what you want . Mgr is excellent. The owner stepped in to make share I got everything that I wanted. I love my car. I drive from Richmond to Maryland to get this car. Please stop and ask for JJ. I will send more people. Women JJ is a very uplifting young man. Thank you all . JJ god be with you . WOW. Where do I start? I mean from the coffee and snacks, to the great customer service, the experience I had here was off the charts. Very respectful team with manners, and I felt very comfortable throughout every step. I would recommend 110%

Don’t buy a car from here they don’t make sure customer problems with car that wasn’t announced get fixed also they’ll give you a car with no oil with pending codes , in the contract your supposed to get 30 days to return instead they’ll lie & call it voluntary repossession.

Honestly I never leave reviews but I have never dealt with a company thats extremely unprofessional likes this one. Trust me if you are out of state DO NOT PURCHASE from here. I bought my car mid July and have yet to receive my plate or title. I contacted both SOS in MD and MI and both say they have no record of title. Every time I call I get the run around and say I will get a call back….. I have yet to get a call back.

After shopping around for the past few months, we finally came to the decision to buy from carvault! The staff is so kind!!! It didn't matter who we spoke to, everyone was so welcoming. There is no haggling hence why they have such fair pricing. We didn’t feel pushed into making a decision at all. Walked out with exactly what we were looking for without it taking hours of going back and forth like other dealerships. We will definitely be back for future cars and will be referring family & friends! Thank you so much to Hash & the entire staff for making our experience so pleasant.

I came in to trade my car in and boy was it a breath of fresh air dealing with Hash. Just to give you a little backstory, I have been dealing with other dealerships, I’ll be honest I have been shopping around because I am on a budget. I have been dealing with dealers telling me to come in and finding out that the car is no longer there , typical “bait & switch” Long story short I’m very happy with my new BMW and the experience at Carvault.
