I had a great experience on the purchase of my RS! Anthony was very attentive in helping to ensure things went smoothly and he was quick to answer questions and provide any detail I requested about the car. Thank you to all for helping me to get into the car I have been oogling over for years!

I would never purchase from them ever again.

I would never purchase from them ever again. I bought a used car that was covered in crumbs despite being “detailed,” and had the previous owners registration and insurance cards. Once I drove the car home, I noticed a mud cap was broken and called them to see if I could bring it in. They told me I must of hit something and “afraid to tell my dad” despite not hitting anything and that I purchased the car myself. I would never purchase from them again.

This is our second Jeep purchased at Papa's.

This is our second Jeep purchased at Papa's. We also have them serviced here. Everyone is very nice, honest and helpful. Anthony Salvatore is great. Very patient and knowledgeable and takes his time explaining things. Follows through too. Five stars to him.

Bad experience.

Bad experience. Dealership sold me a used AWD Jeep with different size tires on it - tires in the front larger than the rear. I was assured the vehicle passed a thorough safety inspection. The tire size difference should have been picked up. Unfortunately, over a short period of time the vehicle developed mechanical issues including braking problems and significant vibrations being felt constantly while driving. When diagnosed by my mechanic he explained that many of the issues experienced when the vehicle was being driven were likely being caused by the tire size difference and that the tires should be replaced immediately to ensure additional damage to the vehicle is not caused. Brake and wheel bearing repairs were required in addition to having the appropriate tires installed. The expensive Vehicle Service Contract/Insurance I purchased through the dealership would not cover these vehicle repairs because they were deemed "routine maintenance" - worthless Sorry I did not use Capital Garage as I have in the past. I thought I would give Papas a try. Big mistake.

This is the third time purchasing a vehicle from Papa's. Zaneta Boryka is a fantastic salesperson. Knows my needs, making the sales experience easy and quick. Additionally, the service department is top notch. Would highly recommend them to anybody.

The time spent at Papa's CDJR purchasing a new lease was

The time spent at Papa's CDJR purchasing a new lease was time VERY well spent. When I had originally inquired about a new Wrangler, Dean Mead was very thorough and made sure all of my questions (there were a lot of them) were answered in detail to be sure I had the best vehicle suited for me. Dean walked me through specifics of each type of Wrangler I was interested in. He was extremely patient as I tried to navigate through this. Dean was always available for even more questions after hours. Fran Marinaro made the financing portion of my visit a great experience. Fran was also thorough and answered any questions I had immediately. Dean and Fran had my best interest during my multiple visits and I can't thank them enough for their time and patience during this purchase! They both exceeded what I would consider "5-Star service". This could not have been more seamless which made the process very pleasant. The attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!
